Request a Prescription Home Trial Pack
When choosing prescription glasses, a home trial is a must.
We send you a pack of the 5 frame shapes to try on at home. You may already have a favourite!
The frames are sent to you without lenses,(so measurement photos can be taken) but we can include a plano (non-prescription) lens or two in order to help you decide which one is right for you.
The pack is a high value item, therefore we take a payment which is refundable, once we have received and checked the returned frames. If you do place an order for Bigatmo’s the initial payment is then deducted from the final amount due.
The initial payment can be made either by secure card payment, or via PayPal.
Step 2
Try on at Home
Once you receive your pack of five frames, you can try them on and find the perfect one for you.
There are some instructions enclosed in the pack. Please ensure you follow them carefully.
