Do you pay for the shipping if it’s a warranty repair?
Yes, we do, if the repair is deemed to be covered under the Bigatmo Warranty, we will waver all admin and shipping costs.
You can extend the warranty from two years to three years by registering your Bigatmo eyewear purchase with us. You will need to be able to demonstrate proof of purchase from a recognised Bigatmo retailer.
All Bigatmo eyewear is warranted for two years from the date of purchase against breakage due to material, workmanship or manufacturer defects. Where possible we will endeavour to repair the product and, if this is not possible, we will provide you with a replacement product.
Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Bigatmo Dealer. The Bigatmo warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratched lenses or general wear and tear. Please refer to the Care section. Any alteration of Bigatmo products (including the fitting of non-Bigatmo prescription lenses) will invalidate this warranty.
