Can I return Bigatmo products?
If in the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase we will, of course, be happy to exchange, replace or refund within the guidelines of our warranty. We are unable to accept returns on bespoke products or prescription products unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product. Please see our warranty provided with your glasses or online. Where possible please return in their original packaging. You must include the following information:
- Your full name
- Full Address
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Reason for return and order number found at the top of your invoice and proof of purchase.
